Except where otherwise proven, the data recorded by SecuriteInfo.com constitutes evidence of all the transactions concluded by SecuriteInfo.com with its customers.
Article 2 - Creating an account / Password
To make a request for electronic signatures online, you need to:
- Create a SecuriteInfo.com account or log in if you already have a SecuriteInfo.com account.
- Confirm your acceptance of the general terms and conditions of service and submit.
An account gives customers access to the services and is accessed using an identifier and a password.
The password will be forwarded to the customer by e-mail at the end of the account creation procedure. Customers can change their password through the "My Account" section on the website. You must immediately inform SecuriteInfo.com of any loss or unauthorised use of your account, identifiers and password. Passwords and identifiers are personal and you undertake not to disclose them. Therefore, you alone are responsible for using them.
Any attempt at substituting another customer’s password or identifier is strictly prohibited.
Article 3 – Service provision
SecuriteInfo.com provides internet users with an antivirus signature downloading service through a yearly subscription.
Article 4 – Ordering
The history showing the transaction between the service and the customer can be viewed at any time in the My Account section. We invite you to view your account on a regular basis and to contact SecuriteInfo.com for any questions or in the event of a problem. There is a contact form accessible from your "My Account" page and from the Service online help section in the "FAQ". To use this form, just login with your e-mail address and password. Invoices are archived on reliable and durable media and may be produced as proof. The antivirus signature ordering process is explained in detail on the Website.
To order, you must mandatorily have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and hold a valid personal credit card or a Paypal account.
You must state that you have read and accept these General terms and conditions of sale before confirming your order. Submitting your order therefore implies acceptance of these General terms and conditions of sale.
Once submitted, your online order cannot by cancelled after payment has been accepted.
We will confirm your order by e-mail and send you the information enabling you to download the antivirus signatures.
Article 5 - Price
The prices of the antivirus signatures are shown in euros and include VAT. Submitting your order implies your obligation to pay the price displayed.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment of your purchases is done through Paypal on paypal.com :
- Either by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, other Debit Cards
- Or using a PayPal account
The card is debited as soon as your order is submitted. Invoices will be issued by SecuriteInfo.com. No banking information is processed by SecuriteInfo.com. Therefore, no banking information is stored on www.securiteinfo.com
Article 7 – No cool-off period
Pursuant to applicable legal provisions on digital content services, you expressly accept that the provision of the electronic signatures begins as soon as you submit your order. No request for withdrawal, cancellation or reimbursement is accepted for the subscription period.
Consequently, purchases of digital content are firm and final. Therefore, they cannot give rise to an exchange, refund or a right of withdrawal.
Article 8 – Customer support
In the event of any difficulties, and especially if you do not receive an email giving you access to the page containing the download links, or if these download links are not available, in your My Account area on www.securiteinfo.com, please contact us for any information or questions at the address email@example.com
Article 9 – Intellectual Property
All antivirus signature files, texts, illustrations, works and images reproduced on the website SecuriteInfo.com (www.securiteinfo.com) are strictly reserved in respect of copyright law and intellectual property law by their holders for the entire world. Therefore, any total or partial reproduction or representation of the SecuriteInfo.com website all or part of the items found on the website SecuriteInfo.com for any reason other than their intended use is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of copyright law liable to criminal action. Any resale, exchange, rental or transfer of the files to a third party is strictly prohibited. You expressly undertake to keep the downloading links sent to you confidential and not to disclose them in any way whatsoever to a third party.
Article 10 – Undertakings for use of service – Liability
You undertake to:
- refrain from using the Service for illegal purposes.
- refrain from making commercial use of the information, services and content provided on the website SecuriteInfo.com
SecuriteInfo.com undertakes to provide its best efforts to secure its site. Nonetheless, as no website is inviolable, SecuriteInfo.com cannot be held liable if undesirable data is imported or installed on its website without its knowledge, or conversely, the data sent by customers to manage their orders is diverted by third parties for illicit use.
SecuriteInfo.com cannot be held liable for technical problems beyond its control such as communication problems due to the Customer’s internet service provider (slowness or interruptions), the constraints and limits inherent to the Internet, especially regarding data transmission via networks and data breaches. For technical reasons, in particular maintenance or network failure, momentary interruption of service may occur.
Furthermore, it is up to the Customers to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and software from contamination by any computer viruses and SecuriteInfo.com cannot under any circumstances be held liable for any damage arising from the above such as loss of data and damage to computer hardware.
Customers alone are responsible for using the service and cannot hold SecuriteInfo.com liable for any claim and/or lawsuit brought against them.
Article 11 – Applicable Law - Disputes
This contract is governed by French law. The language of this agreement is the French language. In the event of a dispute, the French courts alone will be competent. For any complaint, please contact customer support at the address stated in Article 8 of these terms and conditions.
Article 12 - Personal data
Your personal information and data are necessary to SecuriteInfo.com, which collects and processes this data for the commercial management of your orders for antivirus signatures and for tracking its business relations with you. This data and information are also kept for security purposes in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and to enable us to improve and personalise our services and the information sent to you.
This information and data are not used for commercial purposes, nor transferred to third parties.
In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of law 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, query, rectify and oppose personal data and information about you. To do this, simply write to us using the contact form in the "My Account” section.
In compliance with applicable regulations, your request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature. You must state the address to which the reply is to be sent. A reply will be sent to you within a maximum period of 2 months of receipt of the request.
Article 13 – Submitting orders
You hereby state that you have read and accept these General terms and conditions and the information on the subscriptions ordered, prices, and the terms specific to each subscription before you submit your order.
You warrant that you have full legal capacity to place an order and accept these general terms and conditions.
